2-Day Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee completion of your certification exam within 48 hours (2 days) from the time you confirm your order. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

1. Delivery Timeframe Not Met

If we do not complete your certification exam within the guaranteed 2-day period, you will receive a 100% refund automatically.

Non-Refundable Situations
